In my 20’s, I blamed externally, like the government and others in power. In my 30’s I took personal responsibility and turned my life around. Lessons learned, but complacency can come creeping along and paralyze us at any time.
There is no perfect time.
There is no perfect path.
There is no perfect career or business venture choice.
Figure out what you’d really enjoy doing on a daily basis and stick with it until you succeed.
Yes, you can do it. Do people do it? Then why can’t you?
Hugh Hefner decided he wanted to get paid to photograph and be surrounded by beautiful women and he found a way to do it. There are no limits, outside of the law of the land- we create our own limitations.

You may have dozens of things you enjoy doing, but you won’t get far unless you choose ONE and pursue it with everything you’ve got. And, there’s nothing worse than being lost in too many goals or starting and stopping a bunch of projects that lead to nowhere.
Today is your day! It’s time to make ready for real- commit to a goal and let nothing hold you back. Let’s look at some helpful tips for your mission:
- Organize and clear your living space- know what you own and where it is. You’re going to feel better when this is accomplished.
- Walk with your hips forward and chin up, checking your posture throughout the day.
- Spend at least an hour a day working on your goal, put your earbuds in and block everything else out.
- Spend at least twenty minutes a day studying your goal’s field.
- Surround yourself with good people who are creative and productive. Find people that have done what you are trying to do and consider finding a mentor.
Stop beating yourself up for procrastinating and get yourself in gear. You will feel better just by making bits of progress versus…
