Breakdown or Breakthrough?

Sometimes, a perceived breakdown is really a breakthrough to a new version of self. Emotions can pile up, the body and mind can get polluted by toxins and create false negative stories about ourselves, as well as factors that can lead to an abrupt change of reality as we know it. Although a breakdown can be extremely unpleasant, it can sometimes lead to a better life.
Mental health concerns have been on the rise, especially during the Covid era. A mental breakdown can happen due to many causes, like exhaustion, lack of sleep, toxicity, serious depression, or an overwhelming amount of emotions that may have been stored up to the max. When a “breakdown” occurs, it can last for a few days or up to a few months in some shape or form.
